Our Vision: A Jesus Church
Our Mission: We exist so people will see Jesus.

Our Values

Father Hearted

We believe that God is longing for people to return to His heart through His Son. He is Holy and magnificent, yet approachable and knowable through Christ. So, we partner with Him in creating a culture of welcome for everyone, care for those in need, and honor for people bearing His image. Believing that no one is ever too far gone or beyond reach. We partner with Heaven when sinners return to the Father. Gladly celebrating their return rather than shaming their departure. We seek a community that displays the Father’s heart by: seeing the one, valuing all generations, welcoming the imperfect, holding honor high, belonging like a family, discipling into wholeness, and celebrating other’s greatness. We embrace the Father’s dream for our future and reject slavery to our past. Luke 15; 1 John 4:7-12; Acts 9:26-28; 2 Corinthians 5:17-21; Acts 2:42-47; Luke 15:3-31; Mark 12:31.

Jesus Centered

Jesus is the supreme focus of the Church and His cross is the center of all history. The Father calls all of creation to look at the Son and the Spirit empowers the Church to make much of Him. We say with the Apostle Paul that we “count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus.” We believe that the gospel of Christ is not us using Jesus to get what we really want, but us seeing that everything is loss compared to knowing Him. Jesus is the goal, the obsession, the focus. He is everything to us. So, we refuse to be distracted by anything that takes our eyes off of Jesus. In a culture like this, small issues do not need to divide us, instead they can challenge us and help to foster deeper growth and true discipleship. We desire to continually posture the eyes of our hearts on Jesus as our everything. Gazing on Him as our one desire, pouring our affections on Him as our greatest treasure, becoming like Him from the inside out, and willingly surrendering to Him as our beautiful Lord. The Church is His and we love it that way. Eph. 2:4-10; Gal.4:4-7; 2 Cor. 5:20 & 21; Phil. 3:7-11

Spirit Filled

The Church became the Church when the Holy Spirit was poured out, we must have Him. He is our greatest ally, our intimate friend, and our only source of power. We must have Him to minister the gospel to a broken world and serve each other with supernatural love. We must have Him if we are going to see the broken healed, the lost found, the captives freed, and the Church operating in unity. Our cry is, “Holy Spirit come and break our hearts for what breaks Yours, capture our hearts from smaller lovers, fill our hearts with Your love, joy, and fire! We want you here.” We gladly surrender to the person of the Holy Spirit because we want to be like Jesus. He shapes us into Christ’s image. Because of Him, we embrace a culture that believes God for the impossible no matter how big the obstacle, how daunting the task, or how radical the dream. Come Holy Spirit, do wonders among us, and have Your way! Eph 5:15-21; Acts 1:8 & 2:1-47; Romans 8:14; 1 Cor. 12:4-11; 1 Cor. 14.
