Nathan spent the first ten years of his ministry as a youth pastor. He is honored to serve Providence as the founding and lead pastor. Nathan has dedicated his life to building a Jesus Church with Jesus people. He and his wife Adrienne of 22 years are blessed and so proud of their son and two daughters.

Chris Dupré
Chris has years of experience in this position as he has served faithfully at multiple churches with many well known leaders. Chris embodies the heart of a Kingdom father. He oversees our staff, all of our leadership policies, handles many pastoral meetings with people, as well as difficult cases that regularly arise in ministry. He is also a key leader in Jesus School, developing and creating resources that help to disciple and equip the church, as well as many other things. He and his wife Laura reside in Camp Hill, PA, and have three lovely daughters and six adorable grandchildren.

Philip Herndon
Philip oversees Youth, Young Adults, and Children’s Ministries, as well as the Worship Department. He carries a powerful calling to a generation and an ability to pioneer Kingdom movements. He has been pastoring in various ministries for 18 years. He and his wife Carrie of 19 years have 4 amazing kids. Philip has a warrior’s heart and is impassioned to help raise up the next generation of worship leaders. He’s dedicated his life to seeing the worship movement connected as a family, and to equipping leaders with love. His desire is to see all generations fall in love with Jesus and come undone in God’s presence.

Tom Sipling
Tom not only carries a heart to reach people with years of overseas missions experience, but is also extremely wise in the areas of Finance and Facilities. He and his wife Cindy have been faithful servants at Providence.

Steve Espamer
At Providence, Steve supports the pastoral staff and congregation through mentorship, discipling, and inner healing ministry. Steve was saved during the Jesus Movement. In the 50 years since, he has served as a campus pastor, staff pastor, and missionary. He and his wife Kathleen of 44 years have three daughters and four grandsons.

Phil Payne
Philip oversees the various forms of artistic expression at Providence, including Visual & Performance Arts, Social Media, and Website. He believes that the Church should carry the greatest forms of creative expression, because we are in covenant with a most creative God. He and his wife Kara began their journey of serving with Providence in 2020. Together they have three beautiful children.

Tyler Hornberger
Tyler has been a pastor in the region for 12 years. He has a deep desire to see worship leaders & musicians equipped by God’s truth, empowered by cultivating a history in His presence & vibrantly connected to lovers of Jesus. Tyler’s heart beats to lead others in seeing Jesus & responding to His beauty. He & his wife, Sarah, of 11 years have 3 amazing kids named Myla, Kean & Iliya. They reside in York, PA.

Chris Nelson
Chris Nelson oversees the production teams at Providence which include audio, lighting, video & broadcast. He started as an intern in 2018 at Providence and grew to become our full-time Tech Director in 2020. Chris has a passion for cultivating environments where life-changing encounters with Jesus take place.

Erin Rasch
Erin’s heart for ProvKids is that they feel Jesus’ love and begin their relationship with him out of love rather than feeling like they have to measure up to someone else’s standard. Thinking outside of the box, she sees each child as completely unique, having no boundaries for Jesus to have to try to work inside! Erin is a Jesus lover, wife, and Momma to 4 crazy kiddos, whom she homeschools. She loves being crafty in all sorts of ways, knitting, and camping with her family and dogs.

Christine Castillo
Christine works as a psychologist with children who have developmental, emotional, or behavioral difficulties, and helps families connect to resources in their communities. She is a wife and mom, who loves going on new adventures, volunteering at her daughters’ school, and cheering them on in sports. Christine has a God-given desire to champion and support families through leading the Signs & Wonders ministry. Signs & Wonders is designed to provide children, particularly those with the needs noted above, with individual support when appropriate, in order that parents can participate in worship, grow in their relationship with Christ, and volunteer without limits, while their children can experience all that God has intended for them.

Jordan Reilly
Jordan cares passionately about making sure we are stewarding the resources that God gave us in a wise and discerning way. In addition to assisting with the finances and building operations of the church, he helps oversee small groups at Providence. Jordan has a unique passion for gardening and fantasy football. He is a husband, and father to three boys.

Heather Trent
Heather has a passion to connect people and make them feel like family. Her greatest joy is for people to feel loved by Jesus, as individuals and as a community of believers. Heather and her husband John have been married for 28 years, and are blessed with three amazing children and three adorable dogs. Heather has also been a Women’s Bible teacher for 14 years. She loves connecting women and has a passion for hospitality and fellowship.

Kinsey Schick is a graphic designer and studio artist. She enjoys designing and leading creative execution for ministries, artists, and small businesses to visually represent their unique callings and visions. She has been designing for 6 years, and has been working with Providence since February of 2021. Currently, she lives in southern California with her husband of four years.

Harrison serves on both the creative and worship teams at Providence. He oversees and produces video content for the church and plays electric guitar on the worship team. Harrison has been at Providence for over 3 years and desires to see everyone fall madly in love with Jesus.
