Lorraine Lattanzi (off for summer)
On January 6, 2022, we’ll be starting an 8-week semester book study called the “Celebration of Discipline” by Richard J. Foster. The purpose of spiritual disciplines is to experience a life of relationship and intimacy with Jesus, instead of a series of religious duties. We’ll be going deeper in the areas of: bible study, prayer, worship, fasting, journaling, etc. Our goal is to practice the presence of the Lord, by allowing the power of the Holy Spirit to teach us how to apply these disciplines in our daily lives - creating an atmosphere of faith in our homes. Items needed for the study include the following: Bible, journal, pen and the book “Celebration of Discipline” (available on Amazon).
Victor and Emily Pagan
Paul says of the Thessalonian church, “Because we loved you so much, we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well’ (1 Thes 2:8). Our desire and our delight is that we live a life fully connected to God and to God’s people. We want to make a space in our lives to connect with each other so we meet every Tuesday at the Pagan house (pronounced puh-gahn, not like biblical pagans ) located at 785 Germany Rd, East Berlin. We share a meal together and talk about our lives and what God is doing in our midst. Feel free to bring your kids and if it gets chaotic, I guess we will just lock them on the other side of the house while we make attempts to have adult conversations.
Calvin & Shelly Brain - Bible Study
We meet every other Sunday at 6 PM at the LaGore’s home in Glenville. We are presently studying through the book of Genesis looking at all that this first book of the Bible has to teach us about Prophecy. Genesis is full of prophetic previews to coming attractions and we have been greatly challenged by the walk of faith of the people we meet in Genesis. We are two years into our study and are half way through the book. We have our time together recorded as some prefer because of distance and other constraints to listen to the study remotely, but we also have people from four different churches that attend regularly. New people are always welcome.
Derek and Amanda Favreau
Our group was birthed in September of 2020, right on the heels of the Covid lockdowns, which prompted an increased hunger for community inside of Amanda and me. We meet biweekly at our home in South Hanover on Friday nights to fellowship, worship, study and pray together. We also enjoy desserts together because sweets are divine, especially chocolate! :) The group was formed with a mix of folks from Providence church and the community at large (kids’ school, neighborhood etc.). Amanda and I both have had the desire in our hearts for years to host a small group of believers to strengthen and support one another i.e. “do life” together. We are currently getting set to dive into the study of the Book of Romans next month. Our group is currently at full capacity, but we do have opening(s) from time-to-time.

Men's Discipleship Group
In the Men's Discipleship Group, we dig into God's Word and discover what He tells us about how He sees us and how He wants us to see ourselves. We are identifying the things that stand between us and the men of God that we want to be. When we can do that, then we can take action against them and live full, victorious, manly lives.
We meet every second and fourth Tuesday at 6:30pm at Providence in Stage 2. This is a standing invitation and you can join whenever you're able. We work hard to establish a place of trust and honesty where you will be able to be open and honest about the struggles of walking in the confidence of sonship.
Please contact email@example.com for more information on this group.
Ryan and Hollie Loucks
The homeschool small group is a group for homeschooling families to dig into God teachings and applying them to our schooling. We share experiences and do life together with the different members to encourage and help navigate through the calm waters and the rough waters alike. We just want to be a family and have a setting where we can be fully open and trusting with each other.
